Below is a basic recipe on how to make a parfait, but you can add any ingredients you like.

How to Make a Parfait
Ingredients
- 8 oz glass or cup
- Non-fat vanilla yogurt
- Frozen mixed berries defrosted
- Low-fat granola
Step 1: Layer the bottom of the glass or cup with 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat vanilla yogurt.
Step 2: Spread a layer of defrosted mixed berries over the yogurt.
Step 3: Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of low-fat granola over the fruit.
Step 4: Add 2-4 tablespoons of non-fat vanilla yogurt over the fruit and granola
Step 5: Top off the glass or cup with a few pieces of berries and some granola for the final layer
*If using a tall glass, repeat steps 1-3 to make your parfait
*While this parfait recipe says to use frozen mixed berries, you can use any fruit you like; including fresh fruit or dried fruit
*If you like nuts or seeds, add it to your parfait too!
